PARKING SCAM NOTICE
We’ve become aware of a scam targeting our parking payment systems. To ensure you don’t fall victim to this fraud, please follow these guidelines:
- Only use the official PayByPhone website or app to make payments.
- Scan QR codes only from official PayByPhone signage or our parking machines.
- Be cautious of any unfamiliar QR codes on parking machines.
- If you suspect a fraudulent QR code, please report it to our staff immediately.
- Our team regularly checks and removes unauthorised stickers, but your vigilance helps us combat this issue.
Remember: If you use an unofficial QR code, your payment may not be processed, potentially resulting in a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
